There are at least 52 potential #TacoTuesdays each year – and no one wants to eat the same tacos week after week. I have made a lot of different tacos over the years and some are big winners and some of them were forgettable. But my family does appreciate that I try to come with a new one just about every week. I previously shared My Top 10 Tacos so now I am going to give you a look at 8 MORE Taco Recipes to add to your menu rotations.
One thing to keep in mind is that tacos are very flexible and customizable, so while these recipes are made with balances of flavor, feel free to make them how you like. Two big things to consider – mostly I use flour tortillas as that’s the preference in my household. If you prefer a corn tortilla, please use that to make sure that everyone loves it. The second thing is the heat level. If you don’t like the spicy salsas or jalapenos, then use less or omit them. I have included lots of alternatives in posts of these recipes.
