A Collection of Taco Recipes

Who doesn’t love #TacoTuesday – I mean you can have classic tacos or you can have some super fusion tacos and still be celebrating this weekly tradition. My family loves tacos and YES we really do have tacos almost every single week. BUT – we do not typically have the same exact tacos every week. I am also trying to find new ways to make a taco – whether it is a double decker or a new slaw or a fresh salsa or maybe a totally different taco on the classic taco with a Korean take on things. I have pulled together a collection of taco recipes to make sure you never have to skip a Taco Night in your house.

My favorite Recipes Using Ground Turkey

A few key kitchen tools you may want to have to hand when it comes to making these shrimp recipes:

  1. Grill Pan – You should always warm up your tortillas, whether soft of hard, corn or flour. And one way to really step up your taco game is to lightly toast them on a grill pan. It’s a simple extra step that will be totally worthwhile.
  2. Taco Holders – These are a great addition to any taco lovers kitchen. They are so handy -make it easy to build all the tacos in an assembly line, and easy to serve them up.
  3. Chef’s Knife – when it comes to making fresh salsas and slaws, you need to be able to have good knife cuts so things are uniform and come together nicely.

And without further adieu – here are My Favorite Taco Recipes from the blog!

Chicken & Bean Tacos

Chicken & Beans Tacos – As the weather turns a bit cooler, I like to find ways to make our meals just a bit more hearty. And one of the best ways to do that is to add beans to a dish. They are a great sort of extra protein and add a bit of “weight” to a dish. These delicious – and hearty – Chicken & Bean Tacos are just perfect for your next #TACOTUESDAY.

Chorizo & Egg Tacos

Chorizo & Egg Tacos – Whether you are looking for a weekend breakfast idea that will really wow folks or need a quick and delicious breakfast for dinner recipe – you came to the right place. These tacos are simple with just a few ingredients but it all comes together for a fantastic bite. Chorizo & Egg Tacos are a must for your next Taco Tuesday!

Turkey Tacodillas

Turkey Tacodillas – You may have read the title of this post and thought – “What the heck is a Tacodilla?????” Well it’s mash-up of a classic taco with a simple quesadilla for an ooey gooey cheesy bite that you are going to love love love. This particular tacodilla is filled with ground turkey, more cheese and a bit of my easy Pico de Gallo. Crispy Korean Beef Tacos

Crispy Korean Beef Tacos – If you have been here for a while, you know that I’m celebrating #TacoTuesday basically every week. And you know that my tacos are not always traditional. This goes around. I’m making some Korean bulgogi inspired tacos with these Crispy Korean Beef Tacos. The marinated them fried beef strips have so much flavor and meld so well with the veggies and homemade spicy mayo.

Pork Tacos with Corn Slaw

Pork Tacos with Corn Slaw – Taco night does not have to be your play old chicken soft taco supreme (unless of course that’s what you are craving). But once you read over this recipe for Pork Tacos with Corn Slaw, you are likely to switch that craving up real quick. The pork has a great depth of flavor that comes quickly – so this meal is a fast one. The recipe I have included my recipe for Spicy Creamy Corn Slaw as well – which takes these tacos to the level for sure.

Elote Crispy Chicken Tacos

Elote Crispy Chicken Tacos – Sometimes you just want a good ole chicken taco – and sometimes you want to make take taco night on an adventure and combine it with some bacon and elote style corn. And that is how these Elote Crispy Chicken Tacos came to be. With super simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can make these flavor packed soft tacos any day of the week.

Bacon Cheeseburger Smash Tacos

Bacon Cheeseburger Smash Tacos – We have all been there – we can not decide what to make for dinner because you have two things in mind. This recipe came from exactly that situation. I wanted bacon Cheeseburgers and Tacos in equal measure so I merged them and came up with Bacon Cheeseburger Smash Tacos and they were amazing.

Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos

Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos – A little fusion cooking for your taco night is a way to keep the weekly tradition fun and light. This week why not try your hand at these Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos with you own homemade Bang Bang Sauce and hand battered crispy shrimp. This super quick meal is going to be super fun to serve up to your family.

Classic Beef Taco Supreme

Classic Beef Taco Supreme -The classics are classics for a reason, and when it comes to the American version of tacos – the Classic Beef Taco Supreme is where it’s at. Simple ground beef flavored with classic taco seasoning topped with an easy quick pico is just a delightful dinner for your next #TacoTuesday.

Rolled Chicken Tacos with Queso

Rolled Chicken Tacos w/ Queso– Rolled tacos or taquitos are a fun twist on a typical taco. You get the lovely texture of the baked or fried tortillas, with plenty of cheese and chicken inside. Along with a fantastic and super easy homemade queso for dipping – your family is going to love this one. Rolled Chicken Tacos with queso needs to be on your next dinner menu.

Crunchy Shrimp Tacos

Crunchy Shrimp Tacos – Tacos are at the top of my favorite meals, not just to eat but to make. I have so much fun creating each of the components that it takes to make the best bite. These Crunchy Shrimp Tacos have layers of flavor from the fresh slaw, sriracha mayo, cojita cheese and of course the crunchy shrimp that have a little kick from some cayenne.

Pork Dumpling Smash Tacos

Pork Dumpling Smash Tacos – I am such a sucker for fusion recipes. Tacos are eaten, probably 45 of the 52 Tuesdays each year in my house. And no one wants to eat the same taco over and over. So, I am constantly thinking about different flavor profiles that I can turn into a taco. This time around I took the flavors of the classic pork dumpling and turned it into a taco using the smash taco concept. Pork Dumpling Smash Tacos is going to blow your families mind for sure.

Hope you enjoyed my selections of Tacos Recipes – do you have a favorite? Which one will you be trying first?
