I’m back again with 11 MORE Meatball Recipes for you to check out! Meatballs are such a versatile vessel for a meal. You can use them in almost every type of cuisine, and you can make them with any type of ground meat. Beef, pork, chicken, turkey, lamb…the list goes on and on. And you can serve them in a sauce, on a sandwich, in a rice bowl, over noodles, as a taco, or in a soup. For this latest recipe collection, I have pulled together several more of my most popular meatball recipes.

There is one super important tool you need in your kitchen to make meatball making easier and faster. And that is a portion scoop. I like to have a variety of sizes as different recipes need different sized meatballs – soups do best with smaller meatballs while pasta and sauce meatball recipes can do a larger size. The really important thing about having all your meatballs cooked evenly is to have them portioned out to the same size – this insures that they all cook at the same rate.
Speaking of cooking at the same rate, ground meats -mostly- need to be cooked all the way through (especially poultry). And when you combine meats (like chicken and chorizo), you need to cook to the done temperature for the chicken. If you have a digital thermometer, it will come in extra handy to check if the meatballs are cooked through. This saves you from having to sacrifice a meatball by cutting it in half to check. Just be sure that you are getting the temp of the very center of the meatball and not just pushing it into the other side.
And without further adieu – here are MORE Meatball Recipes from the blog!
