15 One-Pot Weeknight Recipes

One-Pot meals are crucial to weeknight cooking for a family. Being able to get it all done in just one pot is a double-win when it comes to time saving – you save time on the cook and you save time on the clean up. There are two big keys to success when it comes making single pot dishes – have all of your ingredients prepped and ready before getting started and have the right kind of vessel to make your meal in.

15 One-Pot Weeknight Recipes

As I have said many times, if you don’t already have a large, wide, high-walled pan with a lid in your kitchen arsenal, you need one! My favorite on is the 12-inch saute pan from Ninja Kitchen. It is amazing because it works for frying foods, sauting, one-pots, stove to oven cooks and more. If your set of pots and pans does not yet have a 12-inch (or larger) saute pan, you should really check out this one from Ninja Kitchen.

Here is a collection of fifteen awesome One-Pot Meals to add to your weekly homecooked meal rotations!
