Have a variety of really tasty side dishes in your recipe book is always a good plan. You cannot always be focused on the main component of your dinner plan. I like to try to rotate through pastas, rices, potatoes and other veggies. This recipe for Cheesy Garlic Pasta is not just s great side but its a #onepot delight!

I always get questions about this style of pasta when I feature it in one of my recipes. It is call radiatore – named after its striking resemblance to the fins of a radiator. You can usually find it along with most of the small varieties of pasta. If you do not like it
Substitutes and Variations:
You can definitely use different types of pasta for this meal. I would not go as small as ditalini or small shells but the next size up like penne or rotini works well. You can use some pepper jack cheese if you want to add a little heat to the mix. You could also fold in some broccoli cuts if you want to add in some veggies.
Suggestions for Sides:
This goes amazingly well with my Ranch Grilled Chicken. Really it works with all the proteins – beef, turkey, pork, lamb. It all tastes great with this cheesy side dish.
Tools that may make this recipe easier:
You really don’t need much in the way of special tools for this recipes. Its a pretty basic process with simple ingredients that you probably mostly have at home. This one is a real winner according to my family and I think it will be for yours too!
