What’s been going on at Homemade on a Weeknight?
So this year I tried something new with these potato towers. Its some plastic fencing (sometimes called snow fence) and then layering up straw and then soil. You put the seed potatoes along the outside edge in the soil layer. I did 4 layers with about 5 potatoes in each layer. Then you just water right down the center of the tower. So far it is looking really promising! Have you ever tried this method?
