Welcome to Senior Salon Pit Stop #405
Welcome to this week’s Weekly Wrap-up and Blog Link-up.
It’s a new year at the Senior Salon Pit Stop and it’s time to vroom-vroom to all the great posts that everyone is creating all around the the blogosphere! Scroll down to check out my Weekly Wrap-up along with my Featured posts from the previous Pit Stop!

What’s been going on at Homemade on a Weeknight?
I hope all had a wonderful and blessed Easter Sunday surrounded by delicious food and family! We finally did it! We got out little teo person hot tub leveled, set up and are able to soak our aching bones in it. We have had a hot tub for the last 6 or 7 years. For the last year and a half living in Montana we have not had the time or energy to set it up, as well as the extra funds. Everything we add to our property comes with extra expenses like electrical hookups and water. But we have finally done it and it is glorious! And the view isn’t too shabby either! What’s your luxury treat yourself type thing?

What have you been up to this past week?
Just #ICYMI – one of the most popular recipes from the blog this last week was Pepperjack Cornbread – perfect for all those potlucks and backyard bbqs filling up your calendar now that spring has sprung!
In case you missed it, here are the recipes that I shared to the blog this week:

Thank you for hosting this party! My links are 105 and 106.
Have a fabulous week and take care.
Happy belated Easter to you, Estelle!
For once, I am getting over here on time. 😉 I added #119 and #120 today. Nothing really food related but I suppose you could eat bluebonnets (NO, actually they are poisonous, I read somewhere recently.). You can eat geranium flowers and leaves but yuck! I have eated flowers before at a friend’s tea in California, when we still lived there. Marigolds and lavender are better. 😉
Have a great rest of your week! SYS will be up later today.
Hugs,
Barb 🙂
