What’s been going on at Homemade on a Weeknight?
Summer time cooking for me gets me in my psuedo “Outdoor Kitchen” which consists of two of my most prized possessions and beloved gifts – my Blackstone Griddle and my Traeger Grill. Between the two, I usually cook outside more than half the week in the summer months. I love the traeger grill because you can do low and slow for a truly smoky meat but you can also crank it all the way up and it’s just like any other grill. The griddle is so super versatile – I can make anything from bacon and eggs to smashburgers to scallops and steak for surf and turf. What’s your favorite outdoor cooking method?
