What’s been going on at Homemade on a Weeknight?
I am definitely in my Sourdough Era and been making a lot of “discard” recipes. It has been such a labor of love but I am really enjoying it. So far I have made a few boules – two of which failed due to over proofing – a handful of sourdough focaccias and these delicious sourdough burger buns!
What have you been up to this past week?
This week’s most popular recipe was: Shredded Beef Burritos
