What’s been going on at Homemade on a Weeknight?

I keep seeing some variation of this all over social media and I am feeling it in my bones – January has been the longest YEAR of my life. So much has happened between natural disasters, car accidents, injuries, illnesses, business blunders and more. Just about every day something new came up for someone in our immediate family. I was not sad to see January go, I just really hope it’s not a preview of what the rest of the year has to offer. My one solace is cooking – I gain some much relaxation and calm when I’m in the kitchen, slicing, dicing, frying, and sauteing. Do you see cooking as a relaxer or a stressor?

What have you been up to this past week?

Here is the most popular recipe on my blog this last week: Blackstone Cowboy Stir-Fry
