Weekly Wrap-up & Senior Salon Pit Stop #276

Welcome to Senior Salon Pit Stop #276

Welcome to this week’s Weekly Wrap-up and Blog Link-up.

Each week I will be sharing a great Linky for you to connect with and catch up on what’s new around the blogging world! I will also be sharing a few things that I’ve been up to in the last week, along with some of my favorite posts shared from last week’s link-up!

What’s been going on at Homemade on a Weeknight?

We embarked on a little project recently and so far it has been really successful. Have you ever had Microgreens? The small leafy starts of different plants that you can eat before they grow into full blown plants – like radishes, or broccoli, or peas. Some people call them sprouts – like alfalfa sprouts. We have been wanting to grow our own for a while and finally set up a small station to test it out. We did radish and clover to start and they came out so good! We will next we planting peas and sunflowers. The extra bonus is that the chickens and ducks get a nice snack from the root balls. Have you ever tired microgreens?
