What’s been going on at Homemade on Weeknight?

We are on the last push of school before summer is in full effect! Things in the kitchen change up during the summer months – the kids are home to make their own lunches which sometimes becomes interesting. I have to make sure they don’t hone in on my dinner ingredients before I get to them, LOL. The other big change is that we tend to have dinner later in the day since it stays like so much later. As well as many more meals on the Blackstone Griddle and Traeger. Does your cooking routine change much when the seasons change?
