What’s been going on at Homemade on a Weeknight?
I hope that everyone’s new year is off to a great start. I have been working on lots of fun little projects around the homestead. One of our bigger goals is to add more livestock to our land. We hope to bring in two bee hives, two groups of Quail (one for meat and one for eggs) and a small herd of Icelandic sheep (which will be for milk, meat and fiber). Do you have any experience with any of these animals? What is your best piece of advice?
