What’s been going on at Homemade on a Weeknight?
I have discovered Corn Ribs and I AM OBSESSED! This has been sort of a trendy thing that I avoided for a long while because I don’t like to fall into the super trending things. But I gave in and gave it a try when the corn was down to $0.50 a piece even in our small town grocery. It’s actually super easy to prep and you basically season it just like you could pork ribs. Would yall like to see a recipe for this soon?
