What’s been going on at Homemade on a Weeknight?
I’ve discovered that baking gives me a great sense of accomplishment. I get the same from cooking – it is truly my passion, not to mention my stress reliever – but baking is like a mystery. Once you put it into the oven, it’s out of your hands. You have to just wait out the timer an hope for the best. It’s a fun, albeit, simple game to play that I’ve been really enjoying. I’ve had to up my baking tool game a little bit to keep up – like the perfect dutch oven for baking sourdough in and reusable cake testers to check for doneness. Do you have any baking tools that you consider “must-have”?
What have you been up to this past week?
One of this last week’s most popular recipe was: Grilled Ravioli Dinner – an excellent #Blackstone meal that you can put together any night of the week.
