Welcome to Senior Salon Pit Stop #356

Welcome to this week’s Weekly Wrap-up and Blog Link-up.

It’s a new year at the Pit Stop and it’s time to vroom-vroom to all the great posts that everyone is creating all around the the blogosphere! Scroll down to check out my Weekly Wrap-up along with my Featured posts from the previous Pit Stop!

What’s been going on at Homemade on a Weeknight?

And so we are on to take 4 with starting seeds for our garden this year. This time I am using teeny greenhouses inside the teeny closet of our camper. The greenhouse outside was just getting too cold in the wee hours of the night and the seeds just couldn’t take it. I am so hopeful that this time works, because the growing season here is already much shorter than I am used to, if we don’t get something going soon my goals of filling the pantry will be dashed as it were. Do you have any experience growing your own food? Tips or tricks you can share that I may not have come across yet in my hours and hours of research? I am all ears!

What have you been up to this past week?

One of this last week’s most popular recipe was: Mexican Gravy – an classic and super versatile sauce to use for your favorite fiesta meals

In case you missed it, here are the recipes that I shared to the blog this week:
