What’s been going on at Homemade on a Weeknight?
So the calendar says it’s officially Fall now but the thermometer seems to have missed the memo – because it is still 80-90degF around here! This is making it so hard on my poor tomatoes to get ripening. So this bowl of beautiful cherry tomatoes has been the only harvest this size. I get one or two every day but never this many at once. Really hoping to see some red ripe ones again soon!

We just got some cherry tomatoes from a local farm up here this past week; I think those are my favorite kinds of tomatoes. They are so sweet and I love the texture. Here’s hoping you get lots more ripening soon!
