What’s been going on at Homemade on a Weeknight?
I have been on a passionate journey with Sourdough for several months now. I have two different starters that I work with, one is named Donkey and the other Albert. They have surprisingly different tastes and slightly different loaves as a result. But recently I took my boule making to the next level and have started in on the mix-in’s process. I started really easy with just coating the outside with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning – and man was that a hit! I did a classic roasted garlic variety. And then really stepped it up with a Jalapeno Cheddar boule. What should I make next?
What have you been up to this past week?
