What’s been going on at Homemade on a Weeknight?
This last week had did a bit of prep for our first big adventure this summer – a road trip to Montana! Since some of the family is staying home (to take care of the animals) and some are coming along – I wanted to make sure everyone was going to be enjoying their time. So I made a few loaves of fresh Sourdough Focaccia sandwich bread and slow roasted turkey deli meat. I slice them both with my meat slicer and we were all set for sandwiches both at home and on the road.
