What’s been going on at Homemade on Weeknight?

This last week I celebrated my 42nd Birthday!! My oldest son and husband made grilled chicken sandwiches on the Traeger for dinner and my daughter made some cute cupcakes for dessert. We then traveled to Idaho for a Homesteading conference to learn more about being self-sufficient and work towards our goal of owning a real farm. It was super informational and we cant wait to implement our new knowledge. Did you do anything fun this week?
