Weekly Wrap-up & Senior Salon Pit Stop #255

Welcome to Senior Salon Pit Stop #255

Another week, another linky and wrap-up! Scroll to see what’s been going on around the blog. Each week I will be sharing a great Linky for you to connect with and catch up on what’s new around the blogging world! I will also be sharing a few things that I’ve been up to in the last week, along with some of my favorite posts shared from last week’s link-up!

What’s been going on at Homemade on Weeknight?

Spring break is always hectic in our kitchen with four teens at home and all ready to cook their own lunches! We had fun playing with breads. We made fresh white bread for turkey BLTs. We made some lemon poppyseed muffins that had great flavors. And some ciabatta that we need to sort out how to get more bubbles into. The kitchen aid got used so much it wasn’t even getting put in the cabinet!

We also planned out our vegetable garden so that we are ready to plant it as soon as the cold snap lets up. This year we plan to focus on zucchini, yellow squash, cucumbers, bell peppers, sweet peppers, and jalapenos. So there will be lots of recipes with those ingredients this summer.

What have you been up to this past week?

In case you missed it, here are the recipes that I shared to the blog this week:
