Prepare all of the ingredients. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high.
In a bowl, combine mayo, dill pickle juice and 1 tbsp. hot sauce.
In a frying pan over medium-high heat, add bacon. Cook until crispy and remove to paper towel covered plate.
In a small bowl, combine burger seasonings. In a larger bowl, combine chicken, egg and seasoning mixture. For into 4-inch patties and cook for 8-9 minutes on each side. In the last 3 minutes of cooking on the second side, brush each patty with remaining hot sauce.
Build the Burger: Spread bottom bun with mayo mixture, top with burger, 3 pieces of bacon, two pieces of lettuce, 3-4 pickles and top bun.
