Individual Meatloaves

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Dried Minced Onions
  • 1 15oz can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Chciken Broth
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 6 slices Bacon cut in half
  • ½ cup Ketchup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400degF.
  • In a large bowl, combine beef, pork, chicken, bread crumbs and dried onion.
  • In another bowl, thoroughly combine tomato sauce, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, oregano, pepper and eggs. Add to meat mixture and combine. Divide into 8 portions.
  • On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, form each portion of meat mixture into a small loaf. Drizzle each with ketchup and place two halves of bacon on top (crossed or side by side). Place in oven for 45 minutes.
