Grilled Summer Squash

A flavorful and easy grilled side dish recipe to make something a little different with your summer squash

Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 Summer Squash halved lengthwise, stem ends removed
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Coarse Salt
  • 1 tsp Coarse Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Granulated Garlic
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Granulated Onion

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Grill to high
  • In a small dish, combine salt, pepper, parsley, onion and garlic.
  • Lay squash out cut side up and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle generously with seasoning mixture.
  • Once grill is at high heat, place squash on grate cut side down. Let cook for 10 minutes.
  • Flip each piece of squash over and let cook until desired doneness (about 5-10 minutes).
