In a bowl, add sourdough discard. While whisking, pour in melted butter.
Pour mixture over a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it in an even layer all the way to the edges. (you want it as even and thin as you can get it).
Sprinkle Everything Seasoning evenly over top of mixture.
Place in oven to bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and use the pizza wheel to cut your crackers into the desired shapes and sizes. Return to oven and back another 30-40 minutes. (Check for golden doneness around 30 minutes).
Gently break apart any crackers that are still connected. Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container.
