Instructions
Preheat oven to 375degF.
In a saute pan over medium high heat, add sausage. Cook and crumble until no longer pink.
In a bowl, combine eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and parsley.
Spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Add cooked sausage. Sprinkle with one cup of cheese. Then pour egg mixture over top.
Line tater tots out in single layer over top of egg mixture. Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes.
In the same saute pan over medium high heat, add chopped bacon. Cook until cripsy and remove to paper towel covered plate.
Remove casserole from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese and crispy bacon. Return to oven and bake another 15 minutes.
Let cool on counter for at least 10 minutes before cutting into pieces to serve.
