Cheesy Cauliflower
A super simple, but so flavorful keto-friendly side dish

- 2 heads Cauliflower cut into flowerets
- 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 3 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 3 Scallions chopped
Get Recipe Ingredients
Prepare all of the ingredients. Preheat oven to 400deg
In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to evenly coat.
Transfer cauliflower to a 13x9 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with scallions.
Cover baking dish with foil and place in oven for 30 minutes. Let rest, still covered with foil, for 5 minutes before serving.
