What’s been going on at Homemade on a Weeknight?
Its our first deer hunting season in rural Montana and my husband was able to get his first ever deer on opening day! We decided to process it ourselves. We will be mostly making ground meat options. I’ve been working on making seasoning blends to make Breakfast Sausage, Chorizo Sausage and Italian Sausage. Do you have any great venison recipes to share?
