What’s been going on at Homemade on a Weeknight?
My ever surprising husband and once again saved the day, and my sanity. He was able to find a wall oven that fits the space in our camper so that I can get back to baking my sourdough again. I do think he had some ulterior motives – in that he absolutely loves to eat the sourdough – but I am over the moon happy nonetheless. I have made a few loaves now and still need to work on the hydration ratio, but at least temperature control is no longer the problem. Have any of your started on the sourdough journey recently or again? How’s it going?
What have you been up to this past week?
