What’s been going on at Homemade on a Weeknight?
In all the travel I am happy to report that I have kept up with my sourdough starters and still playing with it when I’m in one place for two days at a time! I have had some real success with just making regular boules but also made the family’s new favorite – Cinnamon Swirl Sourdough. It’s basically combining a cinnamon roll and a sourdough boule. I added some cinnamon directly to the dough. Then mixed soft butter, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg together and folded it in on the final round of stretch and pull. Left it for the final bulk ferment and it came out beautifully!
