What’s been going on at Homemade on a Weeknight?
Moving across the country with a family and animals and all that is well it’s exhausting. And we aren’t even half done with it all. I suppose it would all be easier if we could just wait for our home to sell to start but when you own your own business and have to relocate that business, you have to get going on that first. Anyhoo – I will be only 8th trip between the two states in the last 3 months and the eating on the road thing has gotten real old. So this last time I opted to make a batch of what I have determined to be one of the very best road foods out there – TAMALES! They are good hot or cold, they have great protein and they are good any time of day. What’s your favorite homemade road food?
