Things I Found on Amazon – #11

Every kitchen needs some cool gadgets to make things run smoother, work better or just plain make life easier. This week I want to share a few things that I {ACTUALLY} bought on Amazon and just love! Whether you are looking for some gift ideas for the home cook in your life or just want to treat yourself to something fun for your kitchen set-up, I hope you will come back each week to see what else I found. And yes – of course – these are some affiliate links in the post.

9.75″ Pasta Bowls – many of my recipes suggest being served in a wide shallow pasta bowl – much like this one. So many things can be served up so beautifully in a bowl like this. Salads, soups, and pasta dishes. You can also make great “bowl” style meals – like my recipe for Mexican Breakfast Bowls.

Proctor Silex Waffle Cone and Ice Cream Bowl Maker – this is mostly just for fun. If you are like me, you love to have your scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone. Because, I mean, if you are gonna treat yourself then go all in! This machine is super easy to use and makes lovely cones and waffle bowls.

Rush Clear Cold Press Juicer – If you love fresh juice, then you really need to have a juicer. And not just any juicer – a cold press juicer. They are much smaller (because they aren’t cooking the juice) and the resulting juice is way more nutritious. When juice is cold pressed it does not lose all the vitamins and nutrients that get cooked out when the juice is heated up by a traditional juicer. So get yourself a cold press juicer and that extra large bag of oranges from the bulk store and thank me later!

Huusk 7.5″ Meat Cleaver Knife – having a nice meat cleaver is such a great thing to have in you knife block. While it may not be an everyday use knife, it can be used for more than just portioning out large cuts of meat. I recently used them to get a perfectly even cut on some hasselback potatoes for a sheet pan dinner. This knife is very sharp and well weighted so it make solid cuts.

ThermoMaven Ultimate Meat Thermometer – the latest probe thermometer from Thermomaven is a must have for this years grilling season. I love that the probe is thinner than most so it doesn’t leave a big gaping whole in the meat. I also love that it accounts for carry over and tells you when to take the meat off the heat so that it can rest and come to the final desired temperature.

Do you have any must-have kitchen tools or gadgets that you want to share? Do you have any suggestion so things that you want me to check out?
