What’s been going on at Homemade on a Weeknight?
It’s a big week in the chicken coop! We have some movement going on. The Lavender Orpingtons are finally old enough to join the general population of the coop and find a spot to roost in the big chicken house. And our newest set of baby chicks are also moving from the isolation brooder over to the “in coop” or as I like to call it the “en suite” brooder so they can start to get to know the rest of flock from the safety of an enclosed space.
