What’s been going on at Homemade on a Weeknight?

Cue Brittany…. because OOPS I DID IT AGAIN. Yep I “accidently” wandered around in Wilco and brough home THREE more chicks to add to our flock. We got a Speckled Sussex, a Wyandotte and a Barneveleder this time. And they are so super cute. To be fair, we needed to start the cycle of raising a few more layers as we have 3 or 4 older hens that are no longer laying and will need to be culled. But honestly – look at them, how could I possibly leave them behind.

What have you been up to this past week?

This week’s most popular recipe was: Roasted Poblano Chicken Enchiladas
