Ingredients
  

  • 4 15oz can Pinto Beans Undrained
  • 1 15oz can Tomato Puree
  • ½ cup Beef Broth
  • ½ lb Bacon cut in ½-inch pieces
  • ½ Sweet Onion minced
  • 3 Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Yellow Mustard
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat smoker to 180degF
  • In a frying pan over medium-high heat, add bacon. Cook until crispy and remove to a paper towel covered plate. Reserve the bacon grease.
  • In a 13x9 foil baking dish, add beans (with liquid), bacon, reserved bacon grease and all remaining ingredients. Wrap tightly with foil.
  • Place on smoker (away from hot spots) for 3 hours. Remove from smoker and let rest (covered) for 15 before removing foil and serve.
