Instructions
Preheat smoker to 180degF
In a frying pan over medium-high heat, add bacon. Cook until crispy and remove to a paper towel covered plate. Reserve the bacon grease.
In a 13x9 foil baking dish, add beans (with liquid), bacon, reserved bacon grease and all remaining ingredients. Wrap tightly with foil.
Place on smoker (away from hot spots) for 3 hours. Remove from smoker and let rest (covered) for 15 before removing foil and serve.
