Quick Garlic Dill Pickles

Equipment

  • 1 quart jar

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Mini Cucumbers sliced ¼ inch thick
  • 4 Whole Garlic Cloves slightly crushed
  • 1 tbsp Dried Dill
  • ¼ cup Sea Salt coarse
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 cup White Vinegar
  • Water

Instructions
 

  • Add cucumbers to quart mason jar while layering in crushed garlic cloves.
  • Add seasonings over the top. Then add vinegar.
  • Fill with as much water needed to fill jar to just below lid line. Shake to combine all and place in fridge for at least 30 minutes before enjoying. They will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks.
