Combine sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium low heat. Let simmer until rolls come out of the oven.
Preheat oven to 400degF.
Roll pizza dough out to rectangle roughly 12 inches wide, 15 inches long and ¼ inch thick.
Sprinkle evenly with cheese and seasonings. Press slightly into dough. Then sprinkle with pepperoni. Roll pizza dough (from the shorter end) tightly into a log.
Using a serrated knife, cut the log into 1inch thick rolls. Layer out on a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes.
Put pizza sauce into serving cup and serve with pizza rolls right away.
