Oven Baked Corn Ribs
A new way to enjoy corn on the cob all year around - with the delicious seasoning of rib and an easy way to eat it!

- 6 large Whole Corn husks removed
- ½ cup Oil
- ½ cup Pork Spice Rub see recipe below
- 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
Get Recipe Ingredients
Preheat oven to 450degF.
Cut each cob in half. Then stand each half of end and cut into spears by quartering each round. You should 48 spears or ribs in the end.
Add all ribs to a bowl and pour oil and seasoning into bowl. Toss and stir to evenly coat each rib.
Spread seasoned corn ribs onto a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Place in oven for 45 minutes.
