Oven Baked Corn Ribs

A new way to enjoy corn on the cob all year around - with the delicious seasoning of rib and an easy way to eat it!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large Whole Corn husks removed
  • ½ cup Oil
  • ½ cup Pork Spice Rub see recipe below
  • 1 tbsp Dried Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450degF.
  • Cut each cob in half. Then stand each half of end and cut into spears by quartering each round. You should 48 spears or ribs in the end.
  • Add all ribs to a bowl and pour oil and seasoning into bowl. Toss and stir to evenly coat each rib.
  • Spread seasoned corn ribs onto a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Place in oven for 45 minutes.
