Mediterranean Salsa

A tangy and fresh salsa with a Mediterranean flair for your gyros, Greek salads and bowl or just to dip your pita chips in!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes small diced
  • ½ Medium Red Onion small diced
  • ½ cup Chopped Fresh Dill
  • ½ cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 Medium English Cucumber seeded and small diced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Lemon zest & juice
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Cover with plastic wrap (or make in container that has a lid) and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. It will keep for up to 5 days.
