Mediterranean Salsa
A tangy and fresh salsa with a Mediterranean flair for your gyros, Greek salads and bowl or just to dip your pita chips in!

- 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes small diced
- ½ Medium Red Onion small diced
- ½ cup Chopped Fresh Dill
- ½ cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 2 Garlic Cloves minced
- 1 Medium English Cucumber seeded and small diced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Lemon zest & juice
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Cover with plastic wrap (or make in container that has a lid) and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. It will keep for up to 5 days.
