Mango Poblano Salsa

Mango and Poblano make for a simple but flavor packed salsa that it great for tacos, salads, or just chips & dip.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Mangoes diced
  • 1 Poblano Pepper seeded and diced
  • ½ Red Onion diced
  • 1 Lime zest & juice
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Note - be sure not to get any of the pith (white underlayer of the skin). You will end up with a very bitter salsa in the end.
