Grilled Ravioli Dinner

Equipment

  • 1 Flattop Griddle ie Blackstone Griddle

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb Smoked Sausage cut into ½-inch coins
  • 2 20oz Fresh Cheese Ravioli NOT dried or frozen
  • 8 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms sliced
  • 16 oz Fresh Spinach
  • 16 oz Italian Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Flattop/griddle to medium-high.
  • In a bowl, combine smoked sausage, mushrooms and half of dressing. Toss to coat. Add to griddle and cook for 5 minutes - moving around to prevent burning.
  • Add ravioli to bowl, and toss with remaining dressing. Add to sausage and mushrooms and continue to move around and cook for 10 minutes more.
  • Add spinach and fold it into mixture, let cook a few minutes, then remove from griddle.
