In a frying pan over medium high heat, add bacon. Cook until crispy. Remove to paper towel covered plate and let cool. Transfer bacon grease to a sauce pan.
Add butter, corn, and seasoning to sauce pan with bacon grease. Place over medium heat until butter has melted.
Chop bacon into small bites. Add to sauce pan, along with parmesan cheese and thoroughly combine. Reduce heat to medium-low and let come together for about 5 minutes.
Stir in green onions just before serving.
