Cheesy Bacon Corn

A delightful side dish loaded with crispy bacon, parmesan cheese and corn.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ lb Bacon
  • 3 cans Yellow Corn drained
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 4 stalks Green Onion chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a frying pan over medium high heat, add bacon. Cook until crispy. Remove to paper towel covered plate and let cool. Transfer bacon grease to a sauce pan.
  • Add butter, corn, and seasoning to sauce pan with bacon grease. Place over medium heat until butter has melted.
  • Chop bacon into small bites. Add to sauce pan, along with parmesan cheese and thoroughly combine. Reduce heat to medium-low and let come together for about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in green onions just before serving.
