BEC Pizza

A classic bacon, egg and cheese combo on a pizza!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Pizza Dough Crust refrigerated
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened, divided
  • 3 tbsp Everything Seasoning
  • 1 lb Cheddar Cheese cut in ½-inch chunks
  • 1 lb Thick-Cut Bacon cut in ½-in piece
  • 12 Large Eggs
  • 4 Green Onions sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven as directed by Pizza Dough instructions.
  • **This recipe is to make TWO pizzas**
  • Cover to large baking sheets with parchment paper. Spray with cooking oil.
  • Spread one recipe of pizza dough onto each baking sheets. Spray with cooking oil. Place in oven for 8 minutes.
  • In a frying pan over medium-high heat, add bacon and cook until crispy. Remove to a paper towel covered plate.
  • Remove from oven and spread half of cream cheese onto each pizza crust. Sprinkle each crust with 1 tablespoon of everything seasoning each (pay special attention to the edge.)
  • Add cooked bacon and cheese chunks so as to leave 6 small wells (for the eggs). Place in oven for 8 minutes more.
  • Remove from oven and gently break on egg into each of the 12 wells. Add back to oven and bake another 8 minutes (this will produce medium eggs - go 5 minutes if you want easy eggs and 10 minutes if you want hard eggs).
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle each pizza with green onions and remaining everything seasoning. Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting each pizza into 6 slices.
