So much of Homemade on a Weeknight, is just adding something extra to a simple dish that you already know how to make. Like taking a regular baked pork chop and piling cheddar and bacon on top of it to make a for a delicious entrée.
Prepare all of the ingredients. Preheat oven to 400 deg
In a large saute pan over medium high heat, add bacon. Fry until crispy and remove to a paper towel covered plate. Remove all but 1 tbsp of bacon grease from the pan.
After sprinkling the pork chops with the seasoning, add to the same saute pan and cook on each side for 5 minutes. Then place pork in 13x9 baking dish. Cover with shredded cheese, and bacon bits. Put in oven for 20 minutes.
