Ingredients
  

  • 2 Pizza Dough Recipes see below or refrigerator dough
  • 8 oz Feta Cheese
  • 8 oz Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ Red Onion sliced
  • ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dill

For the Hummus

  • 2 15oz can Chickpeas one drained, on liquid reserved
  • 5 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt

For the Lamb

  • lb Ground Lamb
  • 1 tsp Dill
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Mint
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425degF.
  • In saute pan, add lamb and seasonings. Cook and crumble until no longer pink. Set aside.
  • Prepare pizza dough thorough step 4 (if using recipe below). Roll out on a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Repeat with second pizza. Bake for 7 minutes. Remove from oven.
  • Add hummus ingredients to food processer, and blitz until smooth.
  • To make one pizza - using half of each of the ingredients, spread with hummus, sprinkle with ground lamb, tomatoes, red onions, feta cheese, drizzle with balsamic, and dill. Repeat with second pizza.
  • Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Let sit for at least 5 minutes before cutting to serve.
