For the Hummus
215oz canChickpeasone drained, on liquid reserved

For the Lamb
1½lbGround Lamb

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425degF.
In saute pan, add lamb and seasonings. Cook and crumble until no longer pink. Set aside.
Prepare pizza dough thorough step 4 (if using recipe below). Roll out on a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Repeat with second pizza. Bake for 7 minutes. Remove from oven.
Add hummus ingredients to food processer, and blitz until smooth.
To make one pizza - using half of each of the ingredients, spread with hummus, sprinkle with ground lamb, tomatoes, red onions, feta cheese, drizzle with balsamic, and dill. Repeat with second pizza.
Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Let sit for at least 5 minutes before cutting to serve.
