Equipment

  • 9x5 inch Loaf Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Pork Rinds crushed
  • 3 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Minced Onion
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ lb Bacon cut into ½-inch pieces

For the Sauce

  • 1 15oz can Tomato Sauce
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Bourbon
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all of the ingredients. Preheat oven to 400deg.
  • In a sauce pan over medium-low heat, add all sauce ingredients and let simmer.
  • In a frying pan over medium-high heat, add bacon and cook until crispy. Remove to a paper towel covered plate.
  • In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to a 9x5 inch foil lined loaf pan. Press down until even. Pour sauce over top and sprinkle with bacon. Bake for 30 minutes.
