  • lb Ground Beef
  • ½ Yellow Onion diced
  • 3 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 4 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • lb Short Pasta rigatoni, shells, elbows, rotini
  • 1 qt Beef Broth
  • 1 15oz can Crushed Tomato
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded


  • Prepare all of the ingredients.
  • In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, add oil, onions and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes then add ground beef, red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning. Cook until no longer pink.
  • Add broth, pasta and crushed tomatoes. Bring just to a boil, then cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream and cheese until fully incorporated.
