Balsamic Coleslaw
An easy and flavorful side dish for burgers, bbqs & potlucks

- ½ Green Cabbage Head shredded
- ½ Red Cabbage Head shredded
- 1 cup Carrot cut in matchsticks
- 1 Red Onion sliced
- ½ cup Fresh Parsley chopped
For Dressing
- ¼ cup Avocado Oil
- ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp Minced Onion
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Prepare all of the ingredients.
Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
Combine all of the veggies in a large bowl. Pour dressing over veggies and place in refrigerator. Let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.
