  • 1 cup Colby Jack shredded
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

For the Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 3 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 cup Colby Jack
  • 1 tsp Minced Onion

For the Sauce

  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 2 15 oz can Tomato Puree
  • 1 7 oz can Green Chilies
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder


  • Prepare all of the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 375deg.
  • In saucepan over medium heat, add ingredients for sauce. Let simmer while you make the meatballs.
  • In a bowl, combine ingredients for meatballs. Form into 1½-inch balls and line up in a 13x9 baking dish. Pour sauce over top of meatballs and sprinkle with cheese and then cilantro. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.
